Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain My rating: 4 of 5 stars It is always intriguing to know how personality affects a person through his/her life. This book gives various examples of hidden power in introverts and what they mean to the world. Several excerpts from the book are interesting and thought-provoking. I really liked Free trait theory mentioned in the book. A personality is not innate but it can have limits, a person can act in both ways as an introvert and, an extrovert accordingly I recommend to anyone and everyone. The book may instill boredom at places but once your past that you reap benefits. View all my reviews
